RECOMMENDATIONS

We strongly encourage the inclusion of a buckle on either your inner or outer belt. Triple G-hook is a very low-profile option, but without a buckle to unclasp, it can be tough to attach a G-hook outer belt to a G-hook inner belt. Don’t worry about building the wrong layout because you can reconfigure it any time.

FORM

Your Mk5 Everyday Carry Inner Belt allows you to swap between fixed or adjustable hardware. It includes one G-hook, and also accepts a minimalist cobra buckle as an optional extra. It is made of comfortable 1 ¾” type 13 webbing across the back, and curv-lined nylon up front.

FIT

Sizes come in two-inch increments, and each EDC Mk5 has an adjustment range of 10 inches. The fixed end fits through ordinary belt loops even with the optional buckle installed. If you wear men’s waist size 32 Levis (or other common brands), order a size 31/32 inner belt and size 32 outer belt.

FUNCTION

Two running end sleds are included. One is as simple and low profile as possible, and the other features an adjustment strap. Your outer belt can be G-hooked onto the inner belt’s nylon loops adjacent to the hardware. In its lowest profile G-hook configuration, it will also accommodate cobra buckle outer belts.
