RECOMMENDATIONS

We strongly encourage the inclusion of a buckle on either your inner or outer belt. Triple G-hook is a very low-profile option, but without a buckle to unclasp, it can be tough to attach a G-hook outer belt to a G-hook inner belt. Don’t worry about building the wrong layout because you can reconfigure it any time.

FORM

Your Mk8 Outer Belt is built on a center riser. Low profile limbs extend outward from the riser and G-hook onto the inner belt. Up to ten columns of molle are stowed inside the riser and can be extended outward for exact sizing. The G-hooks can be swapped for the optional minimalist cobra buckle, or many aftermarket alternatives.

The screws are all black oxide treated stainless steel. Their higher quality corrosion resistant coating gives them their warmer color tone which should NOT be mistaken for rust. They are top notch screws.

FIT

Your Mk8 limbs are 1 ¾” tall and the riser is very slightly taller. If you wear men’s waist size 32 Levis (or other common brands), order a size 31/32 inner belt and size 32 outer belt. The limbs come in different lengths to best fit the individual.
